When planning for the cottages our goal was to keep the Heritage look, and preserve much of the existing heritage landscaping and planting on the property which was done by Mary Stone since the 1930's. Great effort was spent on considering the options for a housing development that would augment the existing Manor House which is a beautiful piece of the local history.

 It was determined that eighteen urban style cottage homes fronting an internal courtyard and mature gardens will make for a unique living environment. Walkways and pedestrian access, small landscape green spaces and extensive gardens throughout the site promise for a beautiful relaxing place to call home.
